According to the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Arizona offers the Nutrition Assistance Program (formerly known as food stamps) to hundreds of thousands of eligible families. Below is a list of fast food restaurants that accept EBT. This list was last updated by DES on June 20, 2024. It should be noted that just because a chain is listed does not mean that all locations accept EBT, so it is best practice to check with the restaurant before placing your order.
Does McDonald’s accept EBT in Arizona?
Yes. But each store has a different policy. According to the most recent information on the DES website, some McDonald’s stores accept EBT. These are located in Avondale, Belmont, Bullhead City, Casa Grande, Chandler, Eloy, Fort Mohave, Gila Bend, Gilbert, Glendale, Globe, Holbrook, Kayenta, Kingman, Lake Havasu, City, Maricopa, Mesa, Page, Parker, Payson, Phoenix, Pinetop, Quartzsite, Safford, Scottsdale, Show Low, Snowflake, Springerville, Tempe, Tuba City, Tucson, Wickenburg, Window Rock, and Winslow.
